Und danach bin ich immer und immer wieder mit dem Blur-Tool über sein Gesicht, das glättet die Haut so schön ^^

No, for these icons I didn't use a tutorial (that was a surprise for me too ^^)
The only thing I did was to desturate the picture, set it on screen, duplicate this layer and set it on soft light. And then I used a texture ^^
